As a third generation home builder, Dan has spent most of his life acquiring valuable skills and knowledge in the field, including proper procedures for; excavating, foundations, footings, drainage systems and landscaping, as well as renovations & additions.

Born in 1970, Dan has been a life long resident of the Kingston Area. Since starting at his father's company in 1983, Dan has participated in the successful construction & renovation of hundreds of homes in the Greater Kingston & Napanee area.
