Foundation Waterproofing / Repair

This project was a necessary repair to stop water from entering the basement. It is not always necessary to excavate the entire foundation. We often can just repair and seal the area of leakage.

Our service includes excavating down to the footing, repairs to cracks and deteriation of foundation wall, coat exposed wall below grade with foundation sealant, apply PVC Membrane / Drainage Board and seal with watertight caulking. This will prevent any future leakage.

We then upgrade your drainage system by adding 3/4" clean gravel partial way up. Then most of the remaining soil is used as needed backfill, raising the grade for proper drainage and future soil settlement. The only thing left is the final raking, seeding and haul away excess fill.
