This Heritage Home was in desperate need of a new roof as the old one leaked and looked sagged and uneven. So in keeping with the homes original charm we replaced it with a new Victorian Style steel roof in the clients choice of colour. When installing we stripped off the old steel, then strapped and leveled the roof to accept the new steel. What a differance this had made! The new roof will last another 100 years.

The old flat tab asphalt shingles on this house had reached the end of their lifespan. So we stripped and replaced them with a new 50-year fiberglass architectural shingle. This new roof made the home look much more charming and modern. It will also last double the life of the previous roofing.

This flat roof was resurrected from an old leaking tar & gravel eye sore to a new EPDM Rubber Roof, that will last for decades to come...
